I am so lucky to live so close to an amazing ski resort. Its named Sunpeaks and it is only 45 minutes from my home. I ski and snowboard there. We have the Nancy Green Sunpeaks Ski School there as well. Nancy Green lives at Sunpeaks now and you can even go on a free tour of the ski hill with her.


Canada’s top ski racer through the 1960’s was Nancy Greene. She won both gold and silver medals at the 1968 Grenoble Olympics and overall World Cup titles in 1967 and 1968. She hold the Canadian Record with 13 World Cup victories . She won 17 Canadian Championship titles in all disciplines.
